well, i came back to take a look at MT after a long hiatus and saw a lot of my
old walls were deleted. i thought i'd try and make a new one to see if i can
measure up to the new standards, but it's a harsh reality that i can't.
here's my latest wall that got submitted/deleted a few hours ago for excess
usage of filters.
edit: well, i can't get this wall's submission accepted or any feedback on it so
i'll just leave it here in case someone out there doesn't find it terrible.
Ah, I was about to ask this question but good thing I checked the other posts
first. I also run on 1440x900 and was sad to see that MT doesn't support this
resolution, which I think is more popular than 1920x1200 (huge!).
Recently I even made and submitted a wallpaper but had to make it 1600x1200,
which doesn't fit on my own desktop...
Is it difficult to add a new resolution to the acceptable sizes? Because I would
love to see the addition of 1440 walls and see MT become more wide-screen
friendly.
Anyone know a free program that can convert .ogg files to .mp3? I've only found
one program on the internet that does this, and the converted mp3 has terrible
quality. Help anyone?
the background seems fine too except it's a little blurry. i think you should
try and play with the lightning effects on the characters so they look a little
less brighter, maybe to match the rest of the environment
I saw it once a few years ago and I remember that I didn't understand
anything... and I didn't like it too much. I guess I should watch it again and
give it a second chance... ;o

the shore on the bottom where the land meets the water is a little bright. it
makes it look like it is floating on top of the water instead of meeting it.
maybe you can make it darker or make the water overlap and be transparent so it
looks like the water is flowing over the land?
I forgot my password so I had to get a random one assigned and sent to me
through email. Is there a way I can change the password to what I want though? I
can't find where to change my password and I want to use my own password if
possible.

Hey... I like b&w images, and I think there can potentially be good b&w
wallpapers too. People could use black and white images and color them in and
use them in other ways too. I guess the concern here is that people will just
start to post scans of manga or something, but there has to be some nice b&w
art. I think you should change the rule! Or maybe even have a separate section
for it... what do you think?

I made this for my sister's birthday a while ago. I think it's the first one
I've ever made with no stock images and such, so it made me happy. XP Anyway,
I'm not sure if I'm going to make any more changes, but any advice is still
appreciated. Scan is from the DPG artbook. Hope you like.
this might be a little off topic, but can anyone explain that wolf-like animal
that always shows up? first you see it standing next to cloud's sword, and then
at the end you see the wolf walk towards cloud in his "dream" after
the fight with sephiroth....
Is it possible to make your customized userpage skin into the default one? If it
is, can someone tell me how ... and if it's not, I think it should be
implemented. ;x

Agree... I'd rather not show my tears. Maybe I'm weird but I have this
conception that "not crying" = "being strong".
I don't mean it any kind of macho sense, but if you cry it only makes other
people sad or discouraged as well, I think. If you're all alone in your room
though then heck I don't see how it can hurt. I cry sometimes when no one is
looking. ;p
Anyway I think crying is a natural reaction people have to evoke sympathy and
attention from other people (just look at babies). Personally I'd rather not
have that kind of attention drawn towards me.
it is a true test of skill; the game is perfectly balanced. it requires speed,
precision, strategy, intelligence, adaptability, AND experience. it's one thing
to be able to beat someone in a game because of skill, it's another thing to be
able to beat someone because your character is 50 levels above them or you have
some godly equipment. that's why i like RTS games the best, and of course FPS
and fighting games. i like rpgs too, but i think they are more of a single
player game than multi. starcraft might be old but it still owns war3 ... war3
is too slow ;D
if you ask me, there are TOO MANY SCANS, especially the females section.
normally i wouldn't complain, but half of them are not even scans. sometimes
they are poor quality images that were resized to be huge and blurry. other
times people find random images on the net and post them. and some people go to
artist's galleries which are already online and repost every single image...
they could just link to the artist's site. i think there should be stricter
policies regarding image uploading... i kno everyone is trying to increase their
point/level thing but come on =/

No no... I meant, I wanted my own userpage to be the default skin for when I browse around MT, not just for my own page.

my old ID on starcraft used to be mizukage, which i got from naruto of course ^^
over time it just got shorted to mizu, so... yeah. and mizu means water, of course~
